Still, the hospital staff, due to less communication or not identifying effective practices of communication, suffered the issues, as the husband Paul was told that his wife or Anna was drunker; therefore, the staff has the valuable time and the hospital in this way, do not want to waste to examine her. It is focused by the team that no history of Anna was known, or there was no medical history; therefore, due to communication gap issues were there in the hospital staff management. Anna in another hospital was diagnosed with a stroke; thus, it is analyzed that communication theories need to be concerned for effective communication so that companies could provide quality care (Mambi, 2010).

It is analyzed through the assessment that effective communication or good communication needs to be focused in the companies or any work environment so that there could be the benefit and that administrative staff can effectively reach the outcomes.
